As an Internationalization Intern, you will play a key role in building and scaling our demand-side commercial foundation across European markets. Your primary focus will be on improving our go-to-market approach, establishing repeatable sales processes, and creating funnel transparency to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing markets.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable sales workflows.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track sales funnel performance and market penetration.
- Conducting market research to understand regional customer needs and competitive landscapes.
- Assisting in the localization of sales materials and communication strategies for different markets.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions on international expansion.
- Documenting best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across markets.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Excel) is preferred.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, or international business is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be available for a minimum of 3 months.
