岗位职责
As a Digital Media Intern in the Public Affairs Office of the Strategic Communications Division, you will support the planning, creation, and dissemination of digital content to communicate the mission and activities of Allied Air Command. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, for use across digital platforms such as the command's website and social media channels.
- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content on social media platforms to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital media performance metrics, such as engagement rates and reach, to inform future content strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor news and social media for mentions of the command and relevant topics, compiling summaries and reports for the Public Affairs team.
- Campaign Support: Contribute to the execution of strategic communication campaigns by coordinating with team members and ensuring alignment with NATO communication guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform routine administrative duties related to digital media operations, including maintaining content calendars, organizing digital assets, and responding to basic inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Public Affairs Office and the Strategic Communications Division to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Event Coverage: Assist in covering events, exercises, and activities by capturing photos, videos, and interviews for use in digital products.
- Training and Development: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in digital media and strategic communications.

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in communications, journalism, digital media, public relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram); basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
- Experience: Previous internship or coursework in digital media, content creation, or public affairs is preferred but not required.
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic international environment; strong organizational and time management skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other NATO languages is an asset.
- Eligibility: Must be a national of a NATO member country and able to obtain necessary security clearance.
