As a Junior Sales Representative at Cordis, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the medical device sector, specifically focusing on cardiovascular and endovascular technologies. Your primary duties include:
Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products and territories by implementing strategic sales plans and promoting product value to healthcare professionals.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and physicians, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate healthcare providers on the clinical benefits and proper use of Cordis devices.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Territory Management: Manage assigned territory effectively, including planning daily schedules, prioritizing accounts, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize sales outcomes.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and support business objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management, using CRM tools to track progress and performance.
This role offers a structured onboarding program and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed for a successful career in medical device sales. You will be expected to travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Experience**: No prior sales experience required; however, internships or coursework in sales, marketing, or healthcare is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
