As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving growth for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales activities, particularly cold calling, to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with mid-market and enterprise clients, identifying their needs and introducing them to our solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target potential clients.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with our product offerings.
- Scheduling meetings and demos for senior sales team members to advance the sales process.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline generation.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Continuously learning and adapting to new sales techniques and tools to enhance performance.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level) is mandatory.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior sales experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in outbound prospecting efforts.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Munich, Germany.
