As a Talent Management Intern, you will support the talent management team in executing key initiatives that drive employee development and organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design, coordination, and implementation of talent management programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Supporting the administration of employee engagement surveys, including data collection, analysis, and reporting of results to inform action planning.
- Collaborating with HR business partners to identify talent needs and contribute to the development of customized solutions.
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of talent-related documentation, including job descriptions, competency models, and career development resources.
- Helping to organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events for employees at various levels.
- Conducting research on best practices in talent management and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Assisting with the coordination of internship and early career programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and evaluation processes.
- Supporting the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to talent management activities and metrics.
- Contributing to special projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and support the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent management, employee development, and organizational culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or talent management is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS or talent management software is preferred.
