Responsibilities: Assist management in formulating and implementing performance management and HR initiatives to enhance branch business performance, improve employee management efficiency and productivity.
Oversee the frontline performance management and mechanism in relation to the Bank's and local regulatory requirements. Continuously monitor the performance of each distribution channel and the sales performance. Review regularly to align with market practices, business objectives, and sales targets of frontline.

Requirements:
University degree or above in any discipline with 5 years' working experience in banking or financial industry is preferred.
Proven experience in frontline performance management, project management, and people management.
