Internships

As an intern at Hexa, you will be embedded in real venture-building from day one. Your responsibilities will vary based on the team you join, but all interns contribute directly to shaping new companies. If you join the Core Team, you will work alongside experienced operators to identify, validate, and launch new startup concepts. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and supporting the development of business models. You will help prototype products, assist in early customer discovery, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. You may also support portfolio companies with operational tasks, such as financial modeling, data analysis, or marketing initiatives. If you join one of our portfolio startups, you will be assigned to a specific company and work on critical projects that drive growth. This could involve product development, user research, sales support, or content creation. You will collaborate closely with founders and team members, taking ownership of deliverables and presenting your findings to leadership. Across all roles, you will participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions. You will gain hands-on experience in the startup lifecycle, from ideation to scaling. Interns are expected to be proactive, ask questions, and bring fresh perspectives. You will receive mentorship and feedback to accelerate your learning. Key activities include: analyzing data to inform decisions, drafting reports and presentations, supporting customer outreach, testing product features, and assisting with event coordination. You will also help maintain internal documentation and contribute to team knowledge sharing. This internship is designed to give you a comprehensive view of how startups are built and scaled. You will leave with tangible experience in venture creation, a network of founders and operators, and a portfolio of work that demonstrates your impact.

We are looking for candidates who are curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ideal qualifications include: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field - Previous internship or project experience in a startup, venture capital, or consulting environment is a plus - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar) is preferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - A genuine interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and building new products - Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus No specific years of experience are required, but you should demonstrate a track record of taking initiative and delivering results in academic or extracurricular settings.
