岗位职责
Define and own the Target Enterprise Data Architecture, including canonical data models, master data strategy, and data domains.
Establish architectural principles such as a single version of truth and domain-based data ownership.
Ensure data architecture supports HKMA, IFRS, Basel, liquidity, and risk reporting, enabling end-to-end data lineage.
Partner with Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams to reduce manual reconciliations and improve auditability of numbers.
Define and implement a Data Governance Framework, including the establishment of data quality rules, KPIs, and business glossaries.
申请条件
Minimum 10 years of experience in data architecture, data platforms, or enterprise architecture in the banking industry, of which 5 years must be in a managerial role.
Strong banking domain experience, particularly in core banking data and regulatory reporting.
