Leather RTW Design internship

【岗位职责】 支持设计团队开发皮革成衣系列，协助季节性概念的研发，包括趋势分析、面料与材料采购及色板创建；与制版师和样衣师协作，确保设计规格准确转化为样品；准备技术草图、平面图及生产规格单；参与试衣，记录反馈并更新设计；维护设计工作室，整理材料与样品；协助行政事务，如安排会议和管理样品库存；与产品开发、商品企划及生产等跨部门团队紧密合作，确保系列按时交付；从初始概念到最终产品全程参与创意过程，积累奢侈品时尚行业的实践经验。 【任职要求】 无明确列出，但需具备协助研发、技术绘图、跨部门协作及行政支持的能力，适应快节奏的奢侈品时尚环境。

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. Strong interest in leather goods and ready-to-wear design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Previous internship experience in fashion design is preferred but not required. Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
