Reporting to the Senior Director – Events, Conference & Special Projects, the Assistant Catering Sales Manager is one of the leads in the team to be an enabler to deliver Mira way unique and exemplary services to the clients. Responsibilities:
Meet individual sales target approved by the management
Maximize function space utilization in order to maximize the potential revenue
Qualify any business potential for the department
Arrange entertainments with guests
Initiate repeated bookings with existing clients

Higher diploma or above in hotel for catering studies or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in catering sales, preferably in hotel
Sales-orientated, sociable and outgoing personality with good communication skills
