岗位职责
Prepare valuation reports for various types of landed properties.
Handle various kinds of land administrative works such as lease modification, waiver application, rates/stamp duty appeal, land resumption and feasibility studies.
Draft tender proposals for the projects of government departments and public organizations.
Deliver valuation reports for properties in compliance with HKEX listing rules for IPOs, circulars, announcements and financial reports.
Able to work independently and manage the team members.
申请条件
Member of HKIS and/or RICS.
Degree in Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' working experience in property valuation and consultancy services.
Have strong clients base and can create business income.
Responsible, hardworking and excellent inter-personal & communication skills.
