Handle the marketing and leasing matters of RETAIL premises including Times Square & Plaza Hollywood.
Formulate the leasing strategy and assist in trade mix planning.
Liaise with tenants and real estate agents.
Analyze market trends.
Prepare leasing reports.

University graduates or equivalent in real estate or related disciplines.
At least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing, preferably in retail premises.
Presentable, proactive, and highly motivated.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Proficient in MS applications.
