Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager will report directly to the General Manager and oversee the entire Food and Beverage department, including all culinary, restaurant, and room service operations. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement the business plan for the Food and Beverage department, driving revenue through various channels including online platforms. Manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations on a daily basis.

Minimum 8 years of Food and Beverage experience, preferably from hotels. Good spoken, written, and reading ability in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Flexible and able to work under pressure.
