As a Lounge Host, you will be at the forefront of delivering a warm, efficient and premium lounge experience for our customers. You will ensure smooth lounge entry through accurate access verification, engage customers proactively at every touchpoint and provide thoughtful assistance throughout their visit. With your service mindset and attention to detail, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer experience.

Right to work in Hong Kong.
Minimum age of 18.
High school graduate or above.
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or premium service environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
