岗位职责
Lead and contribute to projects for improving branch operation efficiency via centralization, automation and process simplification.
Support branches in various daily operational and administration matters.
Prepare and conduct operational training for branch operation staff.
Oversight on branch operation quality and control.
Review and comment procedure manual to align with the operational workflow.
Involve branch network planning and co-ordinate with stakeholders for branch modernization projects such as Branch Open/Closure.

Degree holder or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years retail banking experience with good knowledge on branch operations.
Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English.
Mature, proactive and able to work independently.
Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills.
