The Business Development Manager, Emerging Business is responsible for growing the Commercial Banking business by providing various financial solutions to customers. Key responsibilities include: Promote and solicit commercial and other business opportunities.
Implement business strategies to cultivate and expand commercial accounts.
Develop and maintain a quality loan portfolio.
Exercise prudent credit assessment.
Manage and train branch staff.
Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
申请条件
Degree holder.
Minimum 2-5 years of solid experience in the banking industry, with experience in corporate/SME banking preferred.
Sound knowledge of commercial lending.
Strong sales-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
