岗位职责
Coordinate and support investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs.
Enhance the selling process of investment products, including system development and procedure updates where applicable.
Design and implement improvements to investment sales and ordering process.
Support and address all investment product risk and compliance issues.
Provide investment suitability training in new joiner induction and refresher training.
Support the resolution of process- or system related incidents.
申请条件
University graduate; HKSI with CFA definite advantage.
Relevant project management experience of more than 5 years as a Business Analyst / Change Manager in Wealth Management projects.
Experience in account opening process review will be a plus.
