As a Senior Sales Manager for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), you will be responsible for driving the growth of M.I.C.E. revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Your key responsibilities include: Ensure the team meets the brand's target customer needs, with a focus on growing M.I.C.E. revenues and maximizing the department's financial performance.
Identify new business opportunities and enhance sales on groups, events, and catering to achieve the company's goals.

Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 years' experience in handling events and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics.
Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
