岗位职责
Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Assist in user account management and system access control.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Perform ad hoc IT support duties assigned by management.

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
1–3 years of IT support experience.
Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge are welcome.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and basic networking.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
