As a Guest Relations Agent Intern at a luxurious five-star hotel in Paris, you will partner with the operational team to develop hands-on industry knowledge while supporting the Guest Relations department. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and aligned with the hotel's luxury standards. You will assist with check-in and check-out processes, manage guest inquiries and requests, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill special accommodations. Additionally, you will help maintain guest profiles, handle feedback and complaints professionally, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a proactive approach to anticipate guest needs, uphold service excellence, and support daily operations. The internship starts in July or August 2026 and lasts a minimum of six months.

Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or luxury hospitality is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Must be eligible to work in France for the duration of the internship.
