Internship - Guest Relations Agent Paris J Fr H/F

【岗位职责】 与运营团队合作，支持宾客关系部门的工作；为客人提供卓越服务，确保其入住体验符合酒店奢华标准；协助办理入住和退房手续；处理客人的咨询和请求；与其他部门协调以满足特殊需求；维护客人档案；专业处理反馈和投诉；营造温馨氛围；以积极主动的方式预见客人需求；维护服务卓越性；支持日常运营。 【任职要求】 实习期为2026年7月或8月开始，至少持续六个月。

Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or luxury hospitality is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Must be eligible to work in France for the duration of the internship.
