Manage and oversee the custody tax operation including Relief at Source and Tax reclaim.
Connect with sub-custodian networks and local tax authority in dealing with tax related issue(s).
Manage and coordinate tax audits.
Prepare tax documents in regular basis according to the requirements of different markets, and handle all information data requests.
Cooperate with Tax Product team to complete annual US source income reporting to IRS.
Work with Product team to enhance BOCHK's capability on custody tax operations.
Assist in system development and perform UAT.
