岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Assess, review and approve loan proposals with delegated authority.
Exercise due diligence to ensure all loans are in compliance with internal policy and Money Lenders Ordinance.
Manage and monitor loan portfolio proactively to reduce delinquency and bad debt by taking proactive action.
Make contribution to formulate credit policies to assist business growth and maximize profitability.
Participate in loan system development, regular and ad hoc projects.
Conduct company visits and site inspections when required.

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above, preferably Degree holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in consumer finance industry, with good knowledge in mortgage, personal and SME loan.
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
