Technical Support Officer

Provide technical support for Government projects and on-site operations. Deliver technical support for IT managed services, including 5G Mobile Broadband solutions and system administration. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile VPN projects. Coordinate with internal platform support teams to facilitate system integration and issue resolution. Serve as Tier 2 support for the Technical Help Desk, handling escalated technical issues. Provide 24 x 7 emergency on-site support for service incidents affecting corporate customers.

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering disciplines. 3 years' professional experience in ICT/mobile solutions projects. Solid experience in system integration and network infrastructure is preferred; knowledge of AI technologies would be an advantage.
