Participate in digital transformation projects on in-house applications. Design, develop, and enhance applications to ensure they perform stably and reliably. Gather user requirements and perform basic analysis. Conduct UAT/SIT to ensure applications are ready for rollout. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
