PSYCHOLOGIST

【岗位职责】 提供专业心理服务以支持军人及其家属的心理健康与福祉；进行心理评估、诊断心理健康状况并制定治疗计划；开展个体与团体治疗，运用认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法及创伤聚焦干预等循证治疗模式；参与危机干预与应急响应服务，在关键事件中提供即时心理支持；与医疗官员、社会工作者及牧师等多学科团队协作，确保全面护理；进行安全审查心理评估、岗位适应性评估及部署前后筛查；就影响部队战备与士气的心理问题向指挥官及领导层提供咨询；开发并实施压力管理、韧性及心理健康意识培训项目，以增强空军人员及其家属的心理韧性；维护符合监管标准的准确临床记录与文档；监督并指导初级心理学家及实习生，促进其专业发展。 【任职要求】 持有心理学相关专业学位及执业资格；具备心理评估、诊断及治疗计划制定的专业能力；熟悉认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法及创伤聚焦干预等循证治疗模式；具备危机干预与应急响应经验；能够与多学科团队有效协作；掌握安全审查、岗位适应性评估及部署筛查的评估方法；具备向指挥官及领导层提供心理问题咨询的能力；能够开发并实施心理健康培训项目；具备临床记录与文档管理的合规意识；有监督与指导初级专业人员及实习生的经验者优先。

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: - Education: A degree in psychology from an accredited college or university. For clinical psychology positions at GS-11 and above, a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology is required. For counseling psychology positions at GS-9 and above, completion of two full academic years of graduate study directly related to professional work in counseling psychology, or a master's degree directly related to counseling psychology is required. - Grade Level Requirements: - GS-7: Completion of a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement (SAA), defined as a GPA of 2.95 or higher overall, or 3.45 or higher in the major field. - GS-9: Completion of two years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree, with a GPA of 2.95 or higher overall, or 3.45 or higher in the major field. - Additional Requirements: - Must be at least 16 years of age. - Must be a U.S. citizen or national (resident of American Samoa or Swains Island). - Must sign a mobility agreement. - All qualifications must be met prior to August 2026.

The Air Force Personnel Center manages civilian training programs, including the PALACE Acquire program, for the U.S. Air Force. It is responsible for force renewal and development, and international affairs administration.
