LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT INTERN – INTERNSHIP (STAGE)

As a Logistics and Transport Intern at Tom Ford, you will support the logistics team in managing the daily operations of the luxury fashion brand's supply chain. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely transportation of goods to and from the Paris studio. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, update logistics databases, and prepare shipping documentation, such as customs forms and invoices. Additionally, you will collaborate with warehouse staff to monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support the organization of seasonal collections. You may also assist in analyzing transportation costs, optimizing routes, and communicating with carriers to resolve any delivery issues. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end logistics process within a high-end fashion environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior internship or coursework in logistics or transport is preferred but not required. Must be eligible to work in France.
