As an Implementation Consultant Intern, you will join a diverse, international team responsible for deploying the Shippeo solution across various customer organizations and industries. Under the guidance of a mentor, you will support the implementation process and, based on performance, may take on full Implementation Consultant responsibilities. Your role will be central to the organization, working closely with both internal and external teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the configuration and customization of the Shippeo platform to meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, customer success) to ensure seamless integration.
- Participating in client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address implementation-related questions.
- Conducting data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy during the implementation phase.
- Supporting the creation of documentation, including implementation guides and training materials.
- Testing system functionalities and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth go-live process.
- Contributing to process improvements and best practices for future implementations.
- Reporting progress and challenges to the mentor and team leads regularly.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Basic understanding of software implementation, project management, or supply chain concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, technology, or logistics is a plus.
