As a Business Transformation Manager within the Retail Banking & Wealth (RBW) Transformation and Business Architect team, you will play a key role in driving strategic transformation initiatives that deliver sustainable value. Your primary responsibilities include: Programme Management Office (PMO) Governance: Perform PMO functions to govern the end-to-end delivery of RBW strategy and transformation programmes/initiatives, from investment case development to funding allocation, delivery risk and controls monitoring, and portfolio delivery governance.
