As a Business Development Manager (Medical) within our Retail Distribution division, you will be responsible for driving medical insurance sales and fostering a robust insurance culture across our branch network. Your key responsibilities include: Achieving medical insurance sales targets by collaborating with assigned branches to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Driving tactical programs to develop a need-based financial planning approach for medical insurance, targeting affluent customer segments.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A university degree in a related discipline, preferably with relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP, CFMP, or QRA.
Minimum 2 years' insurance sales experience, preferably in medical insurance.
