As a Client Services Intern, you will play a key role in client relationship management and contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience. Working closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Reporting, Products, etc.), your main responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Participate in building trust-based relationships to facilitate the identification of client needs and opportunities.
- Support client communication and follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client issues.
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing client experience.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
