岗位职责
Conduct full cycle of recruitment activities, including manpower requisition, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation and candidate management.
Handle candidates' on and off-boarding issues.
Act as an initial contact point between candidates and companies.
Manage headhunters and the recruitment budgets.
申请条件
Bachelor degree or above.
At least 5 years recruitment related experience.
Agency recruitment experience in financial industry such as brokerage firms preferred.
Candidates with extensive network in China financial market preferred.
Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
