SENIOR TECHNICIAN 高級維修技工

The Senior Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks within the hotel, with a focus on electrical systems and general upkeep. Key responsibilities include: Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Performing repairs and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, lighting, and other building systems.

Assisting with painting tasks as needed, including touch-ups and full repainting projects.

Collaborating with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Valid Electrical 'A' License (required for Senior Technician).

At least 1 year of relevant hotel maintenance experience.

Basic knowledge of painting work.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.
