As a Software Engineering Intern in the Machine Learning team, you will contribute to developing algorithms that extract physiological and medical information for users, such as SPO2, heart rate, and detection of various pathologies including atrial fibrillation and sleep apnea. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a monitoring tool for technical debt, poor coding practices, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborating with team members to design, implement, and test machine learning models.
- Analyzing and preprocessing physiological data to improve algorithm accuracy.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Documenting code and algorithms for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Assisting in the integration of machine learning models into production systems.
- Conducting experiments to evaluate model performance and optimize parameters.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and software engineering.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and testing.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and basic statistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English; French is a plus.
