Sales Ops (internship)

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support the Sales team in its daily operations through a variety of engaging and empowering tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Qualification of inbound leads: Assess and prioritize incoming sales inquiries to ensure efficient lead management. - Monitoring of customer orders: Track order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfillment. - CRM updating and maintenance: Keep customer relationship management records accurate and up-to-date. - Coordination with carriers and logistics teams: Liaise with shipping partners to optimize delivery processes. - Follow-up on ongoing auctions: Monitor auction activities and provide updates to the sales team. - Management of a portfolio of retail clients: Handle relationships with assigned retail accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries. - Participation in the onboarding of new sellers: Assist in integrating new sellers into the sales platform. - Monitoring of supplier stock levels: Track inventory availability to support sales planning and order fulfillment. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, offering exposure to lead management, customer relationship management, logistics coordination, and client portfolio management. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to key sales processes.

Qualifications and requirements: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. - Prior internship or work experience in sales or operations is preferred but not required.
