Assistant Manager, Programme Development & Implementation

Participate in the design, development, and enhancement of professional qualification programmes to strengthen the competence of banking practitioners.

Support the annual review of existing programmes and contribute to the development of new programmes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. E-learning Courseware Development and Digital Transformation

Participate in the development of E-learning courseware using tools such as Articulate 360 and other tools.

Degree holder in Business, Finance, Education, Human Resources, or related discipline.

3–5 years of relevant experience in programme development, training and development, or e-learning content creation. Experience in banking and financial services is an advantage.
