Production Supervisor Internship

As a Production Supervisor Intern, you will support the production team in overseeing daily manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet targets. - Monitoring production processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Collaborating with team leads to identify and resolve operational issues. - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. - Supporting inventory management and material flow. - Helping maintain a safe and organized work environment. - Preparing reports on production metrics and performance. - Engaging in cross-functional projects to optimize workflows.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or project experience in production or operations is a plus.
