Rate of pay: $17-22/hr plus tips but no less than $14.75/hr, $22.13/hr overtime. Workers paid biweekly. 35 hours/wk. Optional housing provided for $250-$300/ week ($250/wk 2-bed or $300/wk studio) with a $50 non refundable deposit. End of season bonus available. Uniforms and shift meals provided. Job location: 3355 Cody Lane, Teton Village, WY 83025. Work is temporary full time employment. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. May get up to 10 hours of overtime when available. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary up to $110/night for lodging with receipts.) at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) by inclusion in the paycheck for the applicable week. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, consistent with § 655.20(j)(1)(ii); H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those
mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k).
