Project Manager Internship

As a Project Manager Intern, you will support the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects within the automotive technology sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to facilitate project milestones. - Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. - Identifying potential risks and issues, and supporting the implementation of mitigation strategies. - Managing project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and change requests. - Participating in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. - Supporting communication between internal teams and external partners, such as suppliers and clients. - Contributing to the optimization of project management processes and tools. - Engaging in ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure project success.

To be successful in this role, you should have: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). - Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude. - Previous internship or work experience in project management or automotive industry is preferred but not required.
