As an HR Generalist Intern, you will support the Human Resources team at the headquarters in driving key HR initiatives that align with the company's growth as a global leader in small molecule APIs. Your responsibilities will be organized across several functional areas:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Contribute to fostering an inclusive working culture by assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Help address employee inquiries and support the resolution of workplace issues in collaboration with senior HR team members.
HR Operations and Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports, as needed.
Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Talent Development and Performance Management:
Assist in coordinating training programs and development activities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Support the performance management process, including the preparation of review cycles and documentation.
HR Projects and Analytics:
Participate in special HR projects, such as process improvements, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or system implementations.
Collect and analyze HR data to generate insights for decision-making and reporting.
Compliance and Policy Support:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies by assisting with audits and policy updates.
Stay informed about HR best practices and regulatory changes to support continuous improvement.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, international HR environment, allowing you to develop skills across multiple HR disciplines while contributing to the company's mission of attracting, engaging, and developing talent.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a foundational understanding of HR principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
