Founders Associate (Internship)

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO on a wide variety of high-impact priorities to support the reinvention of human learning. Your responsibilities include: - Executing the go-to-market strategy, including identifying and engaging target audiences, refining messaging, and supporting launch activities. - Onboarding design partners, managing relationships, and gathering feedback to improve the product. - Conducting deep-dives on learner analytics to derive insights that inform product and business decisions. - Building and improving internal processes to enable faster scaling and operational efficiency. - Collaborating closely with founders on strategic decision-making, including market analysis, competitive research, and priority setting. - Supporting cross-functional projects across product, marketing, and operations as needed. - Preparing materials for investor updates, board meetings, and external communications. - Assisting with recruitment and team-building efforts as the company grows. This role offers exposure to all aspects of a startup, from strategy to execution, and requires a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks. - Previous internship or project experience in a startup, consulting, or tech environment is preferred. - Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar) is a plus. - Passion for education technology and human learning is highly valued.
