Dining Room Supervisorswill be responsible for assisting the Director of Food and Beverage during restaurant hours as well as during banquets and events, assigning side work, table stations and providing direction to front of house staff to better provide service to guests as well as assisting with administrative tasks, including auditing food and beverage inventory and dining receipts for each shift, as needed. May need to lift up to 30-50 lbs. May supervise up to ten (10) front of house employees during a shift, specifically Busser/Server Assistants, Servers, Bartenders, and Hostesses. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm, 10:00am - 6:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
