Servers will be responsible for greeting members and guests, setting up dining areas, taking and placing accurate orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Servers will check regularly with patrons to ensure they are enjoying their meals, take action to correct any problems, inform patrons of daily specials, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request, assist in preparing hot, cold, alcoholic drinks, and beer for patrons, chill bottles of wine, collect payments from patrons, and prepare tables for meals including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
