HR Internship

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred but not required.

IDV Group designs and manufactures logistic, protected, and armoured vehicles for defence needs, operating from a historic site in Bolzano, Italy with independent R&D and access to Iveco Group's engineering capabilities.
