Internship Analyst

As an Internship Analyst within the Consulting Planning & Development area of the Management Consulting Team, you will support the team in delivering consulting projects for clients in banking, finance, insurance, utilities, and corporate sectors. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in the analysis of client business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities. - Contributing to the development of decision-making models and analytical frameworks. - Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation. - Participating in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings. - Collaborating with senior consultants to design and implement solutions. - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations. - Helping to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. - Learning and applying consulting methodologies and tools under guidance. - Engaging in structured training programs to build skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and client management. - Gradually taking on more independent tasks as you develop expertise.

Qualifications and requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Interest in consulting, financial services, and data-driven decision-making. - Prior internship or project experience in consulting or analytics is a plus. - Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is advantageous.
