Work is performed outdoors and in equipment yards. Specific equipment includes: Electric motors and drives powering conveyor belts, mixers, and aggregate systems Cement batch plant components (mixers, silos, bins, belts, water systems) Skid steers, generators, air compressors, and light towers Routine tasks involve inspecting motors, replacing filters, checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and diagnosing equipment malfunctions using hand tools and meters. The duties align with SOC code 49-9071.00 – Maintenance and Repair Workers, General. Work is performed daily on-site. The President will oversee worksite activities.
