DBA: Internship

As a DBA Intern, you will support the database administration team in managing and maintaining database systems. Your responsibilities include assisting with database installation, configuration, and upgrades; monitoring database performance and troubleshooting issues; performing backup and recovery operations; and helping to ensure data security and integrity. You will also participate in database design and optimization tasks, document procedures and configurations, and collaborate with development teams to support application database requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience with database technologies and best practices in a professional environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of database concepts (e.g., SQL, relational databases). Familiarity with at least one database management system (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Previous internship or project experience with databases is a plus.
