INTERNSHIP PROPERTY EVALUATION

As an intern in Property Evaluation, you will support the team in the analysis and assessment of real estate properties. Your primary responsibilities include: Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and verify property data from multiple sources, including public records, market reports, and internal databases. Analyze property characteristics, market trends, and comparable sales to support valuation models. Valuation Support: Assist senior evaluators in preparing property valuation reports by compiling relevant data, performing preliminary calculations, and ensuring accuracy of information. Contribute to the development of automated valuation models (AVMs) and other evaluation tools. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized files and documentation for each property evaluation. Prepare summary reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Market Research: Conduct research on local real estate markets, including price trends, demand-supply dynamics, and regulatory changes. Summarize findings to inform valuation assumptions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and evaluation processes. Collaborate with the team to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of property assessment workflows. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as risk management and business development, to ensure alignment on property evaluation standards and client requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience in real estate valuation, data analytics, and financial modeling within a dynamic international group.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). - Basic understanding of real estate valuation principles and market analysis. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Prior internship or coursework in property evaluation, appraisal, or financial analysis is preferred but not required.
