The Sales Support Intern will participate in a structured training program within the Sales Department of a dynamic and innovative company in the mobility sector. The intern will work closely with the Area Manager and the sales team to support customer acquisition, management, and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the administration of personal data processing.
- Preparing and processing quotations and drafting commercial offers.
- Loading orders into the system (SAP).
- Supporting customer retention and upselling initiatives.
- Performing other related administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth sales operations.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Familiarity with SAP or similar order management systems is preferred. Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Fluency in Italian and English is necessary. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
