As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support the talent acquisition lifecycle and HR operations. Your responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks as required.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
HR Support & Administration:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation processes.
- Support general HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
This internship operates under a hybrid work model, with flexibility for remote and on-site work. Travel and meeting expenses are reimbursed upon approval. An NDA must be signed. Based on performance and organizational needs, this role may evolve into a full-time HR Specialist position.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.
