As an Intern in Property Evaluation, you will support the team in assessing and analyzing real estate properties. Your primary responsibilities include:
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and verify property data from multiple sources, including public records, market reports, and internal databases. Analyze property characteristics, market trends, and comparable sales to support valuation processes.
Valuation Support: Assist in preparing property valuation reports by applying standard appraisal methodologies (e.g., sales comparison, cost approach, income capitalization). Review and update property information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Market Research: Conduct research on local real estate markets, including price trends, supply and demand dynamics, and regulatory changes. Summarize findings to inform valuation decisions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized records of property evaluations, including supporting documentation and calculations. Prepare draft reports and presentations for internal review.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior evaluators and other team members to ensure timely delivery of evaluation projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
System and Tool Usage: Utilize proprietary software and tools for property data management and valuation modeling. Learn and apply company-specific evaluation standards and procedures.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on data entries and valuation outputs to minimize errors. Flag discrepancies or anomalies for further investigation.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Support additional projects as needed, such as portfolio reviews, special valuations, or client-specific requests.

To succeed in this internship, you should have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of real estate valuation concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Prior internship or coursework in real estate or property evaluation is preferred but not required.
